D-Link today announced it is now shipping its first 802.11n Wi-Fi router with 3×3 MIMO technology. The router provides better, more consistent coverage and uses three distinct data streams in a multiple-input and multiple-output smart antenna configuration to enable extremely fast data transfer rates. While most routers on consumer shelves today operate at 300Mbps or less, this router boasts speeds up to 450Mbps*.
